Terms of Service
🔪 I have the rights to decline your project inquiry if it does NOT suit my style or interest.🔪 Please provide as many clear reference images as you can before I start my commission.🔪 NO CHANGES after the first & second round of drafts has already been done & accepted by client.🔪 COMMISSIONS MAY BE STREAMED; Please do let me know beforehand if you would like to keep it private.🔪 All clients will receive high resolution artworks in PDF format & send through WeTransfer. Please do not harrass Wilsper to provide any other format file.🔪 Client are allowed to request updates. However, repetition of updates will NOT be tolerated & there will be consequences if client does not cooperate.🔪 All drawing commissions are done in 1:1, 4:5 or 5:4 ratio size. Any changes of the canvas size can be discussed upfront.🔪 Please do NOT claim that the commissioned artwork is yours. Wilsper holds the original rights and ownership to all commissioned artworks.🔪 Please be responsive and communicative! WEEK 1 - 2
First round of drafts will be shown to Client before proceeding final changes. NO CHANGES after the first draft has been vetted & finalised by Client.WEEK 3 - 4
Second round of drafts will be shown to Client before proceeding final changes. NO CHANGES after the second draft has been vetted & finalised by Client.WEEK 5 - 6
The final deliverable will be notified to Client once everything has been completed.
USAGE
🔪 Please do note that all drawings are for PERSONAL USE.🔪 COMMERCIAL USE does not void me of still owning the copyright and credit as the creator/illustrator of the work.🔪 It is PROHIBITED to use my artwork for any unauthorised usage such as Commercial/Merchandise Products, NFT(s), Al Generated Platforms, Cryptocurrencies/Bitcoin and etc.🔪 It is PROHIBITED to use, edit or claim my artwork at any form of profits or promotional content.🔪 I have the rights to use your commissioned artwork(s) for my portfolio and/or any self-promotional content such as uploading on my socials.🔪 Client MUST credit the artist when using the artwork to post at any social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram and/or etc.🔪 Do NOT alter the commission without my consent.

Payment
💸 All payments are in USD flat rate. I only accept Ko-fi transactions for overseas clients. For Singaporean clients, Paylah! or PayNow transactions will be accepted as well.💸 FULL PAYMENTS must be made after I agreed to take in Client's commission. Please do NOT send me your payment before I accept your commission.💸 Alternatively, I do accept HALF PAYMENTS upfront as well.

Refund policy
PARTIAL COMPLETIONIf Wilsper has partially completed the Work, Client agrees the 50% down payment or full payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.FULL COMPLETION
If Wilsper has completed the finished artwork at the time of cancellation, Client agrees to compensate Illustrator in FULL as otherwise provided in this Agreement.☛ More info will be in my commission agreement form!
